Enrolments

Completed application forms must include copies of the following documents:

• Student’s Birth Certificate
• Student’s Australian Immunisation Records
• Proof of Residence, e.g. utility bill, driver’s licence, current lease (3 months validity), bank statement etc.

Enrolment Package
